All BOTANICANON products are free of synthetic surfactants, preservatives, alcohol, synthetic colorings, fragrances, mineral oils, etc.

・If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching or irritation during or after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
・Be careful not to get it in your eyes, and if it does get in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
・Due to the cold process manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in color and shape. The color and scent may also change over time, but this does not affect the quality. Use as soon as possible after opening.
・This soap absorbs moisture easily, so after use, drain off any excess water and store in a well-ventilated place.
・Store away from direct sunlight, extremely low or high temperatures, and high humidity.
・This product is not food.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
