・Spray once every 2 to 3 days.
・We recommend spraying before walks.
・Shake the product well before use.
・When using, spray at a distance of 20 to 30 cm, just enough to moisten the entire surface.

Grooming by applying it to the entire body maintains healthy skin and shiny fur with the antibacterial properties of phytoncide plant extracts and the moisturizing properties of neem oil.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
