This natural yeast is cultivated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae steineri DSM9211 using organic nutrients derived from organic grains. It is certified by both Ecocert and the German LACON Organic Certification Group, guaranteeing that all ingredients are GMO-free. No blackstrap molasses or chemicals are involved—this yeast is produced with simple, traditional methods, reflecting the techniques used before yeast was mass-produced.

・Mix organic natural yeast directly with flour before use. Do not dissolve in lukewarm water or other water. Dissolving directly will weaken the yeast's power and slow down the fermentation power.
・Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. After opening, close the container tightly and store in the refrigerator. Use within one month. Do not freeze, as this will weaken the fermentation power.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
