For Lips:
Take a small amount on your fingertips, warm it up by spreading it on the back of your hand, and apply to your lips. It moisturizes, prevents dryness, and leaves lips feeling plump.
For Hands:
Apply a small amount to your fingertips and rub it into your hands, allowing the balm to warm into an oil. It's non-sticky and has a subtle fragrance, making it perfect for any occasion.

Texture:
Experience a buttery texture that melts effortlessly into your skin with the warmth of your body.
Apply an appropriate amount to fingertips and spread thoroughly with palm of hand to form an oil before use. Use on lips, hands, and hair.

Continued use of cosmetics may aggravate symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist or other specialist. (1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, color loss (white spots, etc.), darkening, or other abnormalities occur during use (2) If you notice any of the above symptoms on your skin after using the product and exposing it to direct sunlight
3. Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, rash, or other abnormalities.
4. Be sure to close the cap tightly after use.
5. Keep out of reach of infants and small children.
6. Do not store in extremely high or low temperatures or in direct sunlight.
7. Because the product contains naturally derived ingredients, discoloration may occur in rare cases, but there is no problem with quality.
8. Due to the characteristics of the product, the surface may appear powdery or grainy or cracked, but this is due to naturally occurring ingredients.

Shipping Courier:
In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
