Tosa—the birthplace of Buntan (pomelo).
Kochi Prefecture produces over 90% of Japan's Buntan, with about half of that coming from Tosa City alone.
Today, around 15 varieties of Buntan are cultivated across Japan—one of which is the prized Tosa Buntan.
We use the peels of Tosa Buntan that can't be sold on the market, gently extracting their essential oil through a low-temperature, reduced-pressure steam distillation method—
carefully preserving the delicate aromatic compounds.
The inner fruit is processed into juice, ensuring that every part of the Tosa Buntan is put to good use.
The result is a scent that is sweet, slightly tangy, and refreshingly citrusy—a perfect balance to lift your mood and awaken your senses.

Take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply it to your skin.

Continuing to use the cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
(1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use.
(2) If the above-mentioned abnormalities occur on the skin on which the products were used and exposed to direct sunlight.

・Do not return the contents of the cosmetics to the container once they have been removed.

Shipping Courier:
In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
