・Made with flying fish sourced from Japanese waters
In regions from Kyushu to the Sea of Japan, flying fish—known locally as ago—have long been treasured as a traditional ingredient for soup stock.
This product combines two kinds of flying fish: grilled flying fish, which are dried and then carefully grilled, and smoked flying fish, which are repeatedly roasted and steamed. Together, they deliver exceptional depth of flavor and aroma.
・Authentic dashi flavor for a variety of dishes
Individually packaged to preserve its freshness, this flying fish dashi is easy to use and enhances the umami and aroma of any dish. It's perfect for miso soup, ramen, stir-fries, and more.

■ You can also use it like this...
For ramen soup
Add grated ginger, garlic, and soy sauce to thickly dissolved ago dashi to make a delicious ramen soup.
For rolled omelet
Add 80cc of thickly dissolved ago dashi and a little salt to 3 eggs and fry.
After opening the inner bag, be careful of moisture absorption as it is prone to absorbing moisture, store in the refrigerator, and use as soon as possible. Stir well after each shake before using. No salt is used. Add salt to your taste and create your own homemade flavor. When dissolved in hot water, floating particles may be seen, but these are powdered bonito flakes and kelp. There may be slight variations in the color and flavor of the contents, but this does not affect the quality.
Flying fish powder (grilled flying fish, smoked flying fish) (produced in Kagoshima Prefecture), salt (produced domestically), beet sugar, yeast extract powder
