Organic Panko - Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
These organic bread crumbs are made from the finest organic domestic wheat flour, natural yeast derived from organic grains, and salt. We bake our organic bread, including the crust, then crush and dry it to create a crispy, fragrant finish. Perfect for coating fish and vegetables or mixing into hamburgers and meatballs. Organic olive oil is used in the bread molds to ensure a rich, authentic flavor.
Our wheat flour is organic domestic strong flour, the yeast is our exclusive organic JAS-certified natural yeast, and the salt is Okinawan sun-dried salt, "Shima Mars."
Our bread crumbs are unique in that we bake the bread first and then crush it into crumbs, unlike other brands that use electrodes to create bread crumbs.

Store in a cool, dark place away from high temperatures and humidity. Do not store breadcrumbs once they have been used as they are prone to mold and spoilage. Store any breadcrumbs remaining in the bag in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator to prevent insect damage and moisture absorption, and use as soon as possible.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
