Organic Vegan Soy Sauce Ramen (Cup)

Introducing the Organic JAS certified organic vegan cup ramen, free from animal ingredients.

All it takes is hot water to enjoy Japan's first organic and vegan cup ramen. The packaging is made from paper containers that are both free of animal ingredients and environmentally friendly. The soup is prepared with organic soy sauce, which enhances the natural flavors of vegetables and kelp.

The organic dried noodles are non-fried and have been carefully dried at low temperatures over an extended period by a master of Inaniwa udon, a specialty of Akita Prefecture, who has dedicated years of research and effort to create this commercial product. The kansui used in the noodles is Mongolian kansui, ensuring that they are perfectly coated with the soup.

The toppings include aromatic Kyoto Kujo green onions and wakame seaweed. Enjoy this organic and vegan certified cup noodle, which combines the firm texture and rich flavor of Inaniwa udon noodles with the convenience of cup noodles, perfect for eating anytime, anywhere.

About Kaze to Hikari

The Philosophy Behind the Company Name "Kaze to Hikari"

Kaze to Hikari Co., Ltd.
The "wind" that blows across the earth and the "light" that nurtures all life—both continue to bless us daily, transcending the borders of human-made divisions, class, and race. Through the spread of organic food, we aspire to embody this very same presence. Our company name reflects this simple and sincere desire, free from any embellishment.

Towards a Company that Coexists with Nature
While "wind" and "light" bring us blessings, they can also bring destructive forces such as typhoons, earthquakes, and tsunamis. Additionally, the degradation of nature caused by human activity sends warnings in the form of extreme weather events. In the face of these challenges, how can we continue to live harmoniously on Earth?
At Kaze to Hikari, we live each day with this crucial question in mind.
