A calming herbal tea designed to gently ease tension and promote relaxation. Perfect for sipping before bed, it helps you unwind, ensuring a restful night's sleep and a refreshed morning. The star ingredient is valerian, derived from the Latin word meaning "to be healthy." To balance its distinctive aroma and slightly earthy taste, we've infused the blend with a refreshing citrus scent and natural sweetness, making it both soothing and easy to enjoy.
* Powdered herbs may settle at the bottom of the jar, so please be sure to stir well before scooping the herbal tea.
* For an extra benefit, you can also consume the herbs directly if you prefer.
* Please avoid drinking before driving.
Approximately one hour before going to bed, add about one teaspoon of herbs to one teacup (200cc), pour in hot water, and then cover. Let it steep for about 3 to 5 minutes, then remove the herbs and enjoy.
It is also recommended to brew a stronger tea using a smaller amount of hot water and let it steep for about 10 minutes longer before enjoying.
The recommended usage is one cup per day for about one month, but you can increase or decrease the amount to suit your taste.

J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
