Potage made with Hokkaido onions. Free from seasonings (such as amino acids) and preservatives, this potage perfectly balances the umami of onions with the richness of milk and cheese. Suitable for dinner, this potage soup can also be used in soups, pasta sauces, or doria dishes.

① Pour the contents of one packet into a cup, then add 150mL of boiling water or 150mL of warmed milk.
② Stir immediately for about 15 seconds.
